Puppies and kittens need love, patience, and understanding while they get acclimated to the sounds, feels, and noises of the grooming world. Visits are done slowly and your puppy/kitten is never forced into something they cannot handle.
Treats and lots of opprotunities for play are offered to both kittens and puppies during their visits.
